在项目环境中,项目负责人或项目经理每天必须面对不同的挑战,最困难的部分是与人的沟通,包括项目发起人、直接上司、间接报告的上司、下级、供应商、领域专家、财务、法务,人力物力资源的管理者等。在这样环境中,特别的领导力、团队建设技巧和表达能力以不拘形式的方式成为项目负责人的重要能力。本课程的目的就是要提高这些技能,主要内容设置为领导力发展,沟通和谈判,无正式授权的管理和交流等特别技能。
本课程采用案例情景式、互动型教学方式,为保证学习效果,限人数不超过25人。
